Episode 7 – Hansons Marathon Method
This week the guys discuss a different way to approach the marathon. The Hanson brothers have coached a ton of marathoners, including a couple of Olympians. For us mortals they have a program called the Hansons Marathon Method. It is probably different than what you have seen before. For example, their plan calls for a long run of only 16 miles. Not kidding! Joe shares his experience with this program, and how it helped him cut almost 17 minutes off his time.
